Denuncian madres de familia cobro de libros de texto en escuelas públicas

Maire PISCIL/ Madres de familia que pertenecen al Movimiento Popular Socialista en Tlaxcala denunciaron que directivos de instituciones de educación básica de Huamantla y Apizaco anunciaron que a partir del ciclo escolar 2016-2017 deberán pagar los libros de texto que eran gratuitos, además de cuotas excesivas que alcanzan los 900 pesos, como parte de la reforma educativa.
En rueda de prensa, Blanca Gómez Ascención de la comunidad de El Carmen Xalpatlahuaya, del municipio de Huamantla, afirmó que directivos de la Secundaria de Miguel Sainz les informaron en la última reunión: que tenían “que pagar los libros de texto, que todavía no saben los precios, pero pasarán de 50 pesos y son siete libros”.
Aunado a ello, relató, dieron el anuncio del incremento en el costo de inscripción que va de los 650 pesos a los 900 pesos por niño”.
Por su parte, Isabel García Martínez informó que en la primaria de Huamantla, los docentes informaron que ahora tendrán que pagar de 110 a 130 pesos mensuales para el mantenimiento de la escuela.
En tanto que en el kínder de Santa Anita Huiloac, del municipio de Apizaco, la cuota por niño será de 800 pesos, además de la adquisición de uniformes escolares, “pues sino se paga y no llevan el uniforme no les dejarán entrar”.
Lo anterior, coincidieron las madres de familia, afectarán directamente su economía y generará que decenas de niños se queden sin educación básica, por lo que pidieron la intervención del gobierno del estado.
Por su parte, el dirigente del movimiento, Israel Campos Montiel, reprochó las recientes reformas educativas, por lo que no descartó movilizaciones, incluso cierre de escuelas en caso de que no obtengan inscripciones, uniformes y hasta calzado de forma gratuita para las familias de escasos recursos.

En su oportunidad, Popoca Licona, destacó el interés del secretario de Educación Pública, Florentino Domínguez Ordóñez, por impulsar cursos y talleres que beneficien la labor docente en el actual entorno económico, social y cultural, en beneficio de la enseñanza de niñas, niños y jóvenes tlaxcaltecas, denominada como “Generación Net”, por ser una generación influida por la presencia cada vez mayor de las TIC’s.
“La conferencia permitirá a las figuras educativas poner en práctica un conjunto de herramientas que permiten a las personas poder entender y regular sus propias emociones, sentir y mostrar empatía por los demás, establecer y desarrollar relaciones positivas, tomar decisiones asertivas y responsables, así como definir y alcanzar metas para beneficio de la educación”, mencionó.
La conferencista Lisbet Velasco Legoff, resaltó la importancia de que las figuras educativas cuenten con el desarrollo de habilidades que permitan contribuir a la educación de los estudiantes.
Los Asesores Técnico-Pedagógicos, Supervisores, Jefes de Sector y Maestros, escucharon la conferencia; posteriormente, intercambiaron experiencias, con el objetivo de generar una aportación educativa a las prácticas profesionales, con la intensión de que a través de las habilidades socioemocionales y las TICS, se contribuya a la educación de la comunidad estudiantil.
Asistieron al evento Victoria Ramírez Rosales, Directora de Educación Primaria de la Unidad de Servicios Educativos de Tlaxcala (USET); Jaime Herrera Vara, Presidente Municipal de Nopalucan; así como figuras educativas.

Los diplomados son impartidos por facilitadores de la Universidad Politécnica de Tlaxcala (UPTx) y por instituciones educativas formadoras de docentes que capacitan en estas dos áreas del conocimiento.
Con estas acciones, precisó que se pretende dotar de las capacidades pedagógicas y académicas a los docentes para la enseñanza de las matemáticas en educación básica, preferentemente, en primero y segundo grado de primaria.
Los diplomados constan de 120 horas y se desarrollan de manera presencial en la escuela “Manuel Lardizábal” de la ciudad capital, en horarios contra turno y fines de semana (sábado y domingo).
Finalmente, Domínguez Ordóñez resaltó que, durante las visitas realizadas por autoridades educativas, los docentes han manifestado que estos diplomados cumplen con las expectativas de fortalecer el trabajo que se desarrolla conforme al modelo de la Nueva Escuela Mexicana.

El Director de Educación Física de la USET, Eleazar Alejo Vázquez Tonix, resaltó el respaldo y apoyo del secretario de Educación Pública, Florentino Domínguez Ordóñez, por generar las condiciones para el desarrollo deportivo entre el magisterio.
Las actividades deportivas se llevaron a cabo en las instalaciones del Centro Cultural y Deportivo “Emilio Sánchez Piedras” de la ciudad de Apizaco, ahí se practicó una activación física, caminata y un paseo ciclista, mientras que en las canchas se desarrollaron las competencias de basquetbol, fútbol, voleibol y natación, en diferentes ramas y categorías.
En ellas participaron 10 supervisiones, conductores de programas y asesores técnicos pedagógicos, que estuvieron atentos al correcto desarrollo de las actividades deportivas.
La jornada concluyó con una convivencia, donde el Director de Educación Física de la USET, Eleazar Alejo Vázquez Tónix, felicitó a los maestros y los exhortó a que cada día trabajen fuertemente por el bienestar y el mejoramiento de la niñez de Tlaxcala y de la educación física del Estado.
Finalmente, entregaron reconocimientos a los ganadores de la rama Varonil de Futbol Siete, representados por la Supervisión 07, de San Pablo del Monte; la Supervisión 03, de Calpulalpan; y la supervisión 08, de Preescolar; en la rama Femenil los tres primeros lugares fueron para la Supervisión 09, de Preescolar; la Supervisión 06, de Chiautempan; y la Supervisión 01, de Tlaxcala, respectivamente.
En el voleibol mixto los primeros lugares fueron: la Supervisión 06, de Chiautempan; 08 de Preescolar; y 03 de Calpulalpan; en la Varonil la Supervisión 04, de Apizaco; 07 de San Pablo del Monte; y 05 de Huamantla; en tanto la Femenil, la Supervisión 04, de Apizaco; 09 de Preescolar; y 06 de Chiautempan, fueron los tres primeros lugares, respectivamente.
En el basquetbol 3×3 Varonil, los ganadores fueron: la Supervisión 04, de Apizaco; 08 de Preescolar; y 03 de Calpulalpan; y en la rama Femenil; la Supervisión 03, de Calpulalpan, 02 de Zacatelco y 06 de Chiautempan.
En natación, en prueba de dorso Femenil, las ganadoras fueron: Elba Vázquez Morales, de la supervisión 09 de Preescolar; Cinthia Elizabeth Rodríguez Ávila, de la supervisión 03 de Calpulalpan; y Viridiana Hernández Tecamachaltzi, de la supervisión 08 de Preescolar. De igual manera fueron las vencedoras de la Prueba de Crol Femenil.
En la prueba dorso Varonil los triunfadores fueron: Víctor Irineo Pérez Tapia, de la supervisión 05 de Huamantla; Miguel Ángel Muñoz Álvares, de la supervisión 02 de Zacatelco; y Miguel Ángel Bruno, de la Supervisión 08 de Preescolar.
